Creative Recipes Using Seasonal Produce of June

Whilst Debbie can’t tailor the recipes on a blog to every individual’s conditions and body the way she does with her clients, she does hand-select the recipes based on healthy ingredients put together in the most inspiring ways. Inspiration is the best step towards embracing genuine nourishment!

Cherry and Pea Shoot Kale Salad with Date-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Organic Ingredients


  • 1 leaves head lacinato stems removed and thinly chopped, dino kale
  • 1 cup pea shoots tightly packed
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pitted cherries halved
  • ½ cup raw walnuts chopped
  • ¾ cup cooked brown rice


  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 8 large dates pitted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup yellow onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
