Trusting in abundance
Abundance is a trust that you are provided with perfect opportunities (support) when you let go of rigid desires – when you stop being a slave to them (and they are always external to you… I want this house, this position, this partner, this lifestyle…).
Trusting to abundance means you encounter life rather than push/control life. Ambitions in the external (to you) don’t feed you with emotional fulfillment. The illusion, despite evidence to the contrary, is that you will be ‘happy’ when these desires come about.
Wellbeing is about understanding you have to be relaxed, flexible and inspired to connect to your purpose and truth in order to feel emotionally fulfilled.
Connection not convenience…
Being in love with a real life, not settling for things you perceive make you feel safer… they are usually the things that cause conflict within you. In the settling you loose yourself and confuse yourself and your body. These conflicts cause stress, irritation and in our opinion disease.
Creating your whole life from assurance and love…
Guide your actions by feelings. If it makes you feel good, get involved. If it makes you feel apathy or stress, step back or refine…
Discerning reality from illusion…
Your mind creates all perception. Are insecurities, desires, resentments, disappointments etc crafting your beliefs and values?
Your experiences may bring you to self-protection, shutdown, addictions, disease, irritation… Are you shutting off the wisdom found in all experience?
Breaking free from the ‘slave mentality’… to your past, to your authorities in life – to other people’s judgements and opinions, and to fear for survival…
Can you break free from all these emotional dependencies to master true independence?
None of the journey to authentic wellbeing is simple or easy. We are so tied into this old way of being, we start off completely asleep to the multitude of ways we define ourselves, accommodate, appease, aim to impress, manipulate and shut down when things don’t go our way. Have you suffered enough from this way of ‘living’. Would you like to be freer within yourself to live the life that would fulfill you?
Diagnosis takes on a different meaning. We can identify the subtle physical imbalances creating symptoms and diseases but we strive to answer the why/causal base of your suffering on the deepest level.
A few practices to help…
Meditation and visualisation
Relax, let go of the worries and the plans. Give your body a break from the stress neurotransmitters. These neurotransmitters affect the way you feel, emotionally and physically.
Walking
Get out of your head and notice all the beauty… Make a point of observing it all and shutting all other thoughts down. Notice how astonishingly difficult this is at first, which perhaps for the first time gets you observing your mind….
Have fun
Laughing with vibrant positive people flips the neurotransmitters… feed your cells happy ‘chemicals’ from your own internal pharmacy
Exercise
Release your feel-good endorphins
Savour
Whatever you choose… savour the experience…savour the tastes, views, music, touch, kindness, and wisdom going on all around you. We feel deadened to these sensual experiences most of the time, immersed instead in ambitions (future) or pain (past). Ground yourself more and more in the moment.
